Who We’re Looking For

QUALIFIED & CREDENTIALED
You hold a nationally accredited personal training certification from a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA, and maintain your credentials in good standing.

SAFETY-FOCUSED
You maintain active CPR/AED certification and prioritize safe, appropriate exercise based on each client’s abilities, limitations, and individual needs.

RELIABLE & PROFESSIONAL
You show up prepared, communicate clearly, respect clients’ homes and time, and represent Thrive SA professionally.

You value continuing education and stay current with evidence-based training methods, industry standards, and best practices.
